Each training module incorporates micro-decisions that employees must make in judging behaviour that increases risk. We mirror real-life judgment calls, giving your people the skill to notice behavioural red flags in their own and others’ behaviour. We don’t stop at training delivery. Our unique post-training impact framework measures your organisation’s real-time behavioural risk – and quantifies risk reduction. We track leading indicators such as:
